Fevziye Mosque Café Goers-Izmit
This year during spring there dropped much rain and hoped it would take longer in May 2009. Catching what is happening in every inches of life and nature not always easy however it is so trhilling to be aware.
From raindrops till luckybugs, life cicles are got round and round on its own courses. What I liked much is that I am aware there are many othe life stories around me from one-week life span of Turkish Tulips to the point of red color-black dotted luckybugs amoung leaves of fresh grass.
Our daily lives affairs, our city environs, pollution, man-made deformation of city chracter, concrete-cement apartment blocks withour any hint of trees and greens, rubbish-thrown-away covered sideways, robotized, rules-broker pedestrians passing through while all lights turned to red…
Nuran Koc, who paid a visit to his son Irfan Koc in Izmit, our Fevziye Mosque Café goers always gathered around Muhittin Bakan, who is our by heart Dervish, we are his Murids [followers], our breakfast breaks during International Economic Crises laden non-work days, watching DVD of Watercolor Painter with Izmit Watercolor painter Mr. Ismail Menekse, Joseph Zbukvic, how he is making Watercolor Impression at from Aussi, Paris France and at the Rhein Bank in Germany and more were frozen in my digital framworks of shots..
Having Izmit Simits along with triangle packed Cheeses after each sips from our Turkish Tea Glasses while chatting with close buds… Izmit Simit is unique and best delicious made only in Izmit and Turkish Tea is also so unique and best delicous is brewed only in Turkey…
It would be a shame for me if I drop off menting nice cap, which was brought as a Norwegian gift from Oslo by my sweet daughter Bengisu Kiraz from Oslo, Norway after their one-week swap-students between Kocaeli Elginkan Anadolu High School and Lillestrøm Vederegående Skole High School, under EU Comenius Project….
